Are you using Cloudways for hosting and noticing that you are having issues with your Justified Image Grid photos loading? If so, the problem may be attributed to Varnish caching on your Cloudways server.

The good news is that there is a fix for this. You simply need to exclude the JIG folder from your Varnish Cache in your Cloudways application settings.

To change this simply navigate to “Application Settings” and then the “Varnish Settings” tab. Next, click the “Add New Rule” button and create a URL rule with the Exclude method. Next, paste the following into the Value field and click save:

/wp-content/plugins/justified-image-grid/

This will tell Varnish not to cache the images from the Justified Image Grid plugin and will remove the TimThumb error that is occurring.

There may be other ways to fix this as well. If you know of any please feel free to share them in the comments below.
